Initial Consultation

During our first meeting, we will go over the scope of your project. We’ll talk about pricing and draft a basic proposal. Together, we’ll come to an agreement and sign off on the project.

Design Consultation

During this stage of the project, you will work closely with our design team to design your space. You’ll go over layout, colors, and more. Our designers will handpick variations for you to choose from and you’ll finalize every (not-so-little) detail.

Project Scheduled

Once the details are finalized, we will get your project on the schedule. We’ll start to order materials and gear up to bring your dream space to life.

Construction Begins

This is where the project management team do their magic! The crew will get to work on crafting your space, leaving no detail unfinished. We use a software called Buildertrend to keep in contact at all times. We provide daily updates, remind you of upcoming phases of the project, and let you know if anything changes.

Final Walkthrough

Finally – the best part! We walk through the space together to make sure that you are beyond satisfied with your new home. We will also talk about your one-year warranty and if you would like to continue with our Home Maintenance Subscription option. P.S. Our job doesn’t end after the final walkthrough. Our clients are always welcome to call if they have a question or are in need of a repair. We are here to continue making sure that everything stays looking beautiful and is running smoothly!
